Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing payment vouchers and cheques for various payments
- Checking audit trials for errors and performing computer maintenance procedure
- Posting transactions from batches to computer
- Maintaining petty cash
- Receipting cash inflows and banking
- Safekeeping of cheque books and other valuable documents
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Certificate in Accounting and 2 years’ experience, knowledge of Accounting Packages
- Strong Computer skills including use of MS Office
- Very good team player and results oriented
- Ability to exercise professionalism, integrity, efficiency and accountability
